GoZen Notify - Terms and conditions

Please note that you may not use the GoZen Notify service unless you agree to these terms and conditions. By using the Gozen Notify service you are bound by these terms and conditions.

Our Service

GoZen Notify is a push notification tool that allows businesses to send targeted messages to website visitors to boost engagement. Provides automation, campaign creation, analytics, and personalized messaging features to help companies connect with customers and drive conversions.

Eligibility and Authorization

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Should provide proper contract and billing details.
  • Accept the terms and conditions.

If you are using our Services on behalf of another person or entity, you acknowledge that you are allowed to accept these Terms on their behalf and that the other person or entity agrees to be accountable to us if you or the other person or entity violates these Terms.


The Agreement between you and Gozen is created when you sign up for an account and agree to these Terms, and the duration of the Agreement (the “Term”) begins. The Term will last as long as you have a Gozen account or until you or we terminate it in line with these Terms, whichever comes first. If you create an account on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms and enter into the Agreement on that entity’s behalf.

General Rules

Unsolicited email is known as “spam” and is prohibited. and You must use our Service in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations, and you are not authorised to use our tracking/campaign preview links while sending emails using other services besides ours. You

represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of your company if you access or use the Services on behalf of your company, and all references to “you” or “Customer” pertain to your company.

We may suspend or delete your account if you break any of these policies. Account : security and Electronic communications

For using some or all of our services, you will need to create an account. If you create an account, you must enter accurate account information and update it as soon as possible if it changes. You must also keep your account secure, not share your password, and contact us immediately if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission.

You consent to receive electronic communications from Gozen by creating a Gozen account (e.g., via email or by posting notices on our Services). These communications are part of your relationship with us and may contain notices regarding your account (e.g., payment authorizations, password changes, and other transactional information). You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications sent to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications be in writing.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT Registration information:

Your username, password, and email address are collected when you create an account with us.

Billing information:

If you make a payment GoZen Notify, we will need your billing information, including your name, address, email address, and financial details related to your chosen method of payment.

Real-Time Messaging:

  • Send instant push notifications to users based on their behavior.
  • Capture user attention at the right moment to maximize engagement.

Automated Messaging:

  • Set up automated push notification campaigns to welcome new users, remind inactive users, and engage users based on specific triggers.
  • Utilize drip campaigns and tag change notifications to keep users engaged over time.

Campaign Creation:

  • Easily create and schedule push notification campaigns.
  • Customize notifications with titles, descriptions, and redirect URLs.
  • Target specific segments of your audience for more effective messaging.

Analytics and Insights:

  • Track the performance of push notification campaigns with detailed analytics.
  • Monitor metrics such as views, clicks, and responses to optimize future campaigns.

User Segmentation and Targeting:

  • Use advanced targeting rules and behavior-based segmentation to send personalized notifications.
  • Reach the right users with the right message at the right time to increase conversions.

How do we collect your Data?

Closing your account

You or Gozen may end the Agreement at any time and for any reason by closing your Gozen account or giving the other party notice. We reserve the right to suspend the Service to you at any moment, for any reason. If your account is a paid account, we’ll refund a prorated portion of any prepaid sums for the Service (including a Monthly Plan) or compensate you for unused Pay as You Go Credits if we terminate your account without cause. In any other circumstance, including if your account is suspended or terminated for cause, such as a breach or violation of the Agreement, we will not refund or reimburse you. You recognise and agree that if your account is cancelled, we may permanently erase your account and all data linked with it, including your Campaigns. Usernames are one-of-a-kind and can be used just once. Your username will no longer be available for use on any future accounts if your account is cancelled, and it cannot be restored.


Payment is not made until the service is provided. The monthly plan payment period is one month and the payment duration is one year. The monthly plan can be paid with a credit or debit card. We do not accept cash, cheques or any other form of payment.

Our charges for the Service and other services are available at https://gozen.io/#pricing. VAT and other taxes are not included in the prices. We have the right to change or adjust our pricing at any moment.


If we discontinue offering the Service and terminate your account without cause, we will give you a prorated refund for any prepaid amounts for the Service (including a Monthly Plan) or reimburse you for any unused Pay as You Go Credits. Under any other circumstances, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit from us. We may give a refund, rebate, or credit at our sole discretion.

Limitations of Liability

Gozen is not liable or responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your usage of our services. We and our Team will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of use, profits, revenue, income, or anticipated savings, business losses, loss of reputation or goodwill, loss of contracts or business relationships, or loss and/or corruption of information or data) under any circumstances, even if they are caused by negligence or we have been warned of the possibility of such damages. We will not be held accountable for any delays or failures in the performance of any portion of the Service if an event of force majeure prevents or delays us from completing such obligations.

Account Disputes

In the event of an internal issue involving Gozen accounts, you must deal with the other party directly. You may not request information or access to an account to which you do not have access.

To safeguard the security and privacy of the data contained inside the account, Gozen maintains the right to suspend any account involved with the disagreement until the dispute is appropriately resolved. Please be aware that in order to suspend your account, we will need a copy of the court judgment or another legitimate document.

Beta Services

From time to time, we may invite you to try products or features related to our Service that are not generally available to all of our Members or the general public, or we may release products or features related to our Service that are labeled as beta, preview, pilot, limited release, or other similar designations in the App (collectively, “Beta Services”). Beta Services may be provided exclusively for the purpose of evaluation or testing, and as a result, they may contain bugs or flaws and may not be as dependable as other aspects of the Service. We reserve the right to stop providing Beta Services at any moment and to refuse to make them widely available. For the avoidance of dispute, Beta Services are considered part of the Service and are therefore subject to the terms of this Agreement.


Gozen has the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. This page will be updated if we decide to modify this document. All modifications become effective immediately after they are posted, and we recommend that you review these Terms of Use on a regular basis.
