Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Morris Plains, New Jersey, USA, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

For users located in India, disputes may alternatively be resolved by binding arbitration in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
