Such updates, corrections, changes and deletions will have no effect on other information that we maintain, or information that we have provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change or deletion.


Sale of Business


We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of GoZen or any of its Corporate Affiliates (as defined herein), or that portion of GoZen or any of its Corporate Affiliates to which the Service relates, or in the event that we discontinue our business or file a petition or have filed against us a petition in bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Use of Google Workspace APIs


Our application uses data obtained through Google Workspace APIs solely for the purpose of providing and improving the functionality of our services to users. We explicitly affirm that data accessed or obtained via Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. We adhere to Google’s data use policies and prioritize user privacy and data protection in all aspects of our operations.

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this section provides additional information regarding your rights and our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


1. Data Controller


GoZen acts as the Data Controller when we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data (e.g., your name, email, and billing information for your account).


GoZen acts as a Data Processor when we process personal data on behalf of our customers (e.g., any customer or client data you upload or store within the GoZen Service). In this case, your customer is the Data Controller, and our processing is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or equivalent contractual terms.



We process your personal data only when we have a valid legal basis to do so, as defined by the GDPR. The legal bases upon which GoZen relies include:


Legal Basis Description
Performance of a Contract Processing is necessary to provide the GoZen Service and fulfill our contractual obligations to you (e.g., managing your account, providing technical support, processing payments).
Legitimate Interests Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and is not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
