We rebranded Inbound360 as LinkedIn inbound + outbound. One tool for both!

GoZen Allbound360 — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how GoZen Technologies (“GoZen,” “Allbound360,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with GoZen Allbound360 and its related websites, applications, tools, and services (the “Service“). Transparency, privacy, and security are core to how we operate — you own and control your data.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies whether you are a:

  • Visitor — someone who browses our website;
  • Customer — someone who registers for or uses the Service; or
  • Prospect/Contact — an individual whose business contact information is processed through the Service by a Customer.

It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control.

3. Information We Collect

3.1. Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business title, company name, postal address, billing and payment information, account credentials, and any information you submit when you contact us, respond to surveys, or participate in promotions.

3.2. LinkedIn and connected-account data. When you connect a LinkedIn account (or another Third-Party Platform) to run inbound or outbound activity, we access and process the data needed to provide the Service on your behalf. Depending on the features you use, this may include your connected-account profile information, your connections and audience data, connection requests and messages sent or received through the Service, campaign and engagement data, and content you create or schedule. We access this data based on your authorization and use it to operate the features you have enabled.

3.3. Contact and prospect data. You may upload, import, or generate contact lists, and the Service may retrieve publicly available or third-party-sourced business contact information (such as names, job titles, company, LinkedIn profile URLs, and business email addresses) to support your outreach.

3.4. Information we collect automatically. As you use the Service, we automatically collect usage information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages and features accessed, time-zone and language settings, and interaction data. We collect this through cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service, including running the inbound and outbound features you enable;
  • generate and assist with content (such as posts and messages) using AI features, where enabled;
  • process transactions, manage your account, and send administrative and service communications (such as renewal and account notices);
  • provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • analyze usage, improve and develop the Service, and ensure its integrity and security;
  • provide data-enrichment and contact-discovery features, which may involve transmitting limited query inputs to third-party providers to return publicly available business contact information;
  • send you marketing communications about our products or services (from which you can opt out); and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

5. AI Features and Third-Party AI Providers

Some features use artificial intelligence, including models operated by third-party providers, to generate or personalize content such as posts and messages. To do this, certain inputs and content may be transmitted to these AI providers solely to generate output for you. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use. Where required, we inform you and obtain consent before enabling AI-driven features, and you can control or opt out of certain AI features through your settings. We apply appropriate safeguards and work with providers who are contractually bound to handle data responsibly.

6. LinkedIn and Third-Party Platforms

GoZen Allbound360 is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with LinkedIn Corporation. When you connect a Third-Party Platform account, we access it based on your authorization and only to provide the features you enable. Your use of any Third-Party Platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for how a Third-Party Platform collects or processes data outside of the Service.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality. Some third parties (such as analytics and advertising providers) may use their own tracking technologies; we do not control these. Our Service does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information:

  • With service providers and sub-processors who perform functions on our behalf — such as cloud hosting and storage (for example, Amazon Web Services), payment processing, analytics, communications, customer support, and third-party data-enrichment providers — under contractual obligations to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us;
  • With AI providers, as described in Section 5, solely to deliver AI features;
  • For legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required to comply with a law, regulation, court order, or lawful request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of GoZen, our Customers, or others;
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets; and
  • With your consent, or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

9. Data Enrichment

Where the Service provides enriched or third-party-sourced business contact information, that data may originate from publicly available sources and third-party providers. We do not maintain our own database of enriched contact information, and we retain enriched results only as needed to provide the feature or to meet legal obligations. Enriched data is provided “as is,” may be incomplete or inaccurate, and is not independently verified by us. You are responsible for ensuring any use of it complies with applicable data-protection, anti-spam, and direct-marketing laws.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data we delete from active systems may persist on backups for a limited period before being overwritten. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.

11. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Any transmission of information is at your own risk.

12. International Data Transfers

We operate globally, and your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your own, including by our hosting, payment, support, and enrichment providers. Where such transfers occur, we apply appropriate technical, administrative, and contractual safeguards designed to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

13. Your Privacy Rights

13.1. EEA, UK, and Switzerland. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information only where we have a valid legal basis — such as performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (for example, to operate, improve, and secure the Service), compliance with legal obligations, or your consent. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

13.2. United States. Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), you may have rights to confirm, access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sales, or certain profiling. We do not sell personal information.

13.3. Exercising your rights. You can review and update your information by logging into your account, or you can contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Note that deleting your personal information may require closing your account, and some information may remain in backups or where retention is legally required.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page and, where appropriate, by email or an in-Service notice. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any matters relating to it are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
